Our ancestors believed in the saying "food is medicine". Korean dishes and spices, including rice bread, soy sauce, kimchi and rice or pumpkin soups, are known for their health benefits.
In 2005, the first meeting of the gourmet club of Korean cuisine was held, where young people learned how to cook Korean dishes with the curator of the project, Ten Vladimirovich. Under the guidance of Elena Anatolyevna Khan and Those on V.I., gourmets learned to cook poultry and fish dishes that were previously served only on the royal table. The lecture on the benefits of kimchi was very interesting for the participants.
In November 2008, a "Kimchi Festival" was held in cooperation with the Wonbulte Buddhist Temple.
AKNC is open for new members. Any person who recognizes the Charter and is able to contribute to the implementation of the goals and objectives of the national center can become a member.
